Originally called National Theatre, it was in 1923 after a refurbishment which was renamed Rivoli Municipal Theatre, adapted to the cinema, opera house, dance theatre and concerts.
In the 70's the theater became obsolete, going through a bad financial phase. It was at that time that the City Council bought the space and renovated it, restored it and returned it to the city in 1997.
Today the theater has an offer to the public that goes from the theater, dance, circus to the workshops, exhibitions and meetings.
